Return Policy

At TryBernie, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If you’ve used part of your purchase and are not completely satisfied, please contact our support team at support@trybernie.com to discuss available options. In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided, and we’ll always strive to assist you.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
3. Reach out to your bank; there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@trybernie.com, and we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver to present to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us at support@trybernie.com, and our team will provide mailing instructions. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
